Do you carry out repairs in-house or send devices back to manufacturers?

We carry out the majority of diagnostics and repairs in-house through our dedicated workshop, reducing turnaround times and minimising disruption. Where required, we also manage OEM warranty processes on your behalf.

What does "End-to-End RMA Management" actually cover?

Our service manages the entire lifecycle of a faulty device. This includes the initial technical fault diagnosis, obtaining the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the manufacturer, tracking the shipment, and ensuring the repaired or replacement unit is returned to your estate promptly.

Do you work directly with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)?

Yes. Our team maintains close relationships with over 20+ major OEMs, including HP, Epson, Lexmark, and Lenovo. We handle all communications and technical requirements mandated by their specific warranty terms, saving you the administrative burden.

How do you ensure my data is safe during the repair process?

Security is at the core of our operations. All repair and RMA services are conducted under strict processes within our in-house workshop and distribution centre, ensuring your hardware remains secure at every touch point.

What happens if a product is "End-of-Life" or no longer supported by the OEM?

This is where our bespoke engineering excels. While we manage standard warranties, we also offer extended lifecycle support through reverse engineering and custom part design, keeping your technology estate operational long after official manufacturer support has ended.
