With circa 470 sites across the UK, Papa Johns has chosen Retail Assist in collaboration with Barron McCann, to provide comprehensive IT Help Desk and Field Maintenance Support, ensuring seamless operations across their estate. 

Launched in January 2024, Retail Assist provide IT helpdesk services, perfectly catered to Papa Johns’ unique requirements including first and second-line support, proactive monitoring of critical systems within stores, and management of hardware and software issues. With extended support hours from 09:00 to 00:00, seven days a week, Retail Assist deliver exceptional response levels to Papa Johns’ corporate and franchise locations. 

Papa Johns representatives including, Vice President of International Technology, Rob Beattie, Director of Market Activation and International, Jon Blagg, and Service Director UK Technology and Digital, Wayne MacDonald, recently visited Retail Assist’s Nottingham office to witness the excellent support in action.
